My Training Ebooks are a mix of conventional gym workouts (Crossliftr Vol 1-3), limited equipment (Kettlebell and Dumbbell only ) workouts (Kettlebell and Dumbbell) and a Box Program.
The Ebooks are a reflection of my training methods which is a mix of Bodybuilding, Metabolic conditioning, Functional training and Mobility.
